We have 3 room rental options and 1 off-site option to choose from depending on the day, date and time of your event.
Semi-private "Party Under the Pergola" Up to 20 Guests. 2 hours + 30 minute set-up @ $150 plus food, beverages & gratuity. During regular business hours only, you may reserve our space to accommodate up to 25 people, using our Wood Indoor Pergola, Green Wall and Backyard Games (if desired). Our staff will take care of you and your guests ordering right off our current menu! You may bring a celebration cake or cupcakes. Based on availability, reserve with 7 days notice.
Private Backyard Rental For 21-60 Guests. 2-5 hours + 1 hour set-up time @ $300/hr. Outside of regular business hours only. *Friday and Saturday nights available with 30 day notice. Food, Beverage and gratuity additional. Outside catering allowed or select from our menu. Our indoor "Backyard" includes a private restroom, music and audio system, DJ services ($100/hr) and seating for up to 60 people. Also available by request for nominal fee: Backyard Games, Stage, Microphone, Table cloths (black or white) Based on availability, reserve with 15 days notice.
Entire Space Rental For 60+ Guests. 2-5 hours + 1 hour set up time @$600/hr. Access to front of house seating and service as well as indoor Backyard. Outside of regular business hours only. *Friday and Saturday nights available with 30 days notice. Food, Beverage and gratuity additional. Outside catering allowed or select from our menu. Our indoor "Backyard" and front of house cafe includes 3 private restrooms, music and audio system, DJ services ($100/hr) and seating for up to 100 people.Also available by request for nominal fee: Backyard Games, Stage, Microphone, Table cloths (black or white) Based on availability, reserve with 60 days notice.
Off-Site Chocs Coffee Cart Bring our freshly roasted coffee and friendly service to your event! Set up includes Chocolattés coffee cart and additional tables (as needed) or your preferred set up. We will serve your guests their favorite coffee concoctions! Includes set up prior to guest arrival and up to three hours of coffee service with professional baristas. Travel within 25 miles of Fort Myers. Prices starting at $150 per hour.
Food and Beverage Options:
Run a Tab! Let your guests order from our food and drink menu and we will keep a running tab for you to treat them to whatever favorite Chocs Menu item they would like! *Average food + beverage per person is $17 (Party Under the Pergola rental only).
Chocs Charcuterie Platters: Each Serves 10-12 @ $125 each
Savory: A large tray presented with some of our favorite savory menu items: savory crepes, gooey grilled cheese, Bavarian pretzels with beer cheese and mustard.
Sweet: Our delicious bagels with cream cheese and Nutella spread, locally baked muffins, chocolate chip cookies and fresh strawberries.
Self Serve Coffee & Tea Bar: Freshly brewed hot coffee, cold brew coffee and iced tea served with dairy and non-dairy milk options and sweeteners. $5 per person.
